These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Inventory Valuation Calculator web application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Free plan users have access to FIFO calculations and may store up to 500 transactions in total.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans unlock premium features (e.g., LIFO, Weighted Average) and higher usage limits.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Account/Subscription page.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the Service, all subscription fees are non-refundable. Premium features provide immediate access to valuable calculations and insights that can be fully utilized within the billing period. As such, once a billing cycle begins, charges for that cycle will not be refunded in whole or in part.

No refunds for partial months or unused time.
No refunds if you downgrade or cancel before the end of your billing period.
No refunds where the Service functioned as described and access was provided.

If you believe a charge was made in error (for example, fraudulent activity), please contact support at support@inventoryvaluationcalculator.com. We will investigate and assist where appropriate.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not upload malicious, illegal, or infringing content.
Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Data and Privacy

We process uploaded transaction data solely to provide valuation calculations and related features. For information on how we handle personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service provides tools to assist with inventory valuation and is not a substitute for professional accounting advice. Results depend on the accuracy and completeness of your uploaded data. We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
